NWT Matilda Jane "Shining Star" Girls boutique skirt with Elastic Waist sz.16

Purchased new directly from Matilda Jane 435 Tween Collection on release day "Shining Star" skirt---- new with tags /never worn
Skirt has a wide mauve rose elastic band waist with stars on it.
2 layers-- bottom layer is like a stretchy spandex/cotton blend gray background with words like "BE KIND" /"Be Wise"/"Strong" etc.
The top overlay is black tulle
sz. 16
Purchased new and didn't get worn.
washed in cold/air dried
